PhD Graduates must enter their University Registration Number. For assistance, email convocation@rku.ac.in.
Instructions:
- On-the-spot registration requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- A Hard copy of entry-pass is mandatory to attend the convocation ceremony. Entry pass can be downloaded from this portal from 5th December 2026.
- Mother, Father, Real Brother, Real Sister, Spouse, Children, Grand Parents, Father in law, Mother in law would be consider as accompany person.
- Graduate & accompany members have to bring government approved photo ID card i.e. Election Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc. for security and entry purposes.
- Mentioned members in the entry pass will only be allowed in the convocation ceremony.
- Fees paid for accompanying persons are non-refundable.
