Instructions:

1. On-the-spot registration requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. A Hard copy of entry-pass is mandatory to attend the convocation ceremony. Entry-pass can be downloaded from this portal after 08/12/2025.
3. Mother, Father, Real Brother, Real Sister, Spouse, Children are only considered as accompanying persons.
4. Graduate & accompany members have to bring government approved photo ID card i.e. Election Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc. for security and entry purposes.
5. Mentioned members in the entry pass will only be allowed in the convocation ceremony.
6. Fees paid for accompanying persons are non-refundable.
